THE problem

With plans to grow Colin Glen as a tourism hub at the heart of Belfast, Ireland's leading outdoor adventure park needed to amplify brand awareness and garner higher audience engagement for its various attractions – including Ireland’s first alpine coaster, the Black Bull Run and Ireland’s longest zipline, the River Rapid. 

Colin Glen wanted to create a digital home for visitors, offering a new consumer touchpoint for the brand and facilitating online bookings.

THE Solution

Mitso worked to create a 360° integrated marketing strategy for Colin Glen, including digital and paid media campaign management and implementation, website development, asset and content creation, PR and new interactive park signage.

We created a bespoke, functional and user-friendly online customer booking system, fully optimised social media channels with a carefully crafted, storytelling-focused content strategy and a new suite of eye-catching photography and videography assets. We’ve secured top tier press coverage across Ireland and engaged with key stakeholders like Tourism NI and Visit Belfast to strengthen Colin Glen’s brand awareness and ensure they’re recognised as one of the country’s top tourist attractions.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
