MANAGING DIRECTOR

Having founded Mitso in 2016, Maeve has since built strong working client relationships across a broad spectrum of industries and established a team of like-minded creatives to help deliver the best results possible for each project.
With 10 years of experience, Maeve is MCIM-accredited and is a certified InterTrade consultant, regularly delivering cross-border brand and digital projects via the Emerge and Elevate funded projects. Maeve is a part-time lecturer in Dundalk Institute of Technology (DKiT) and has also guest lectured at Queen’s University, Belfast. She is a member of Newry Chamber Council and regularly speaks at events, including the Small Business Conference for Newry Chamber of Commerce and the Federation of Small Businesses.
Outside the office, Maeve also previously toured the world for four years as a professional dancer with “Riverdance - The Show” and is now a dedicated mamma to two beautiful boys.
DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Ciara joined Mitso as Digital Marketing Manager, leading the coordination of digital marketing projects, developing engaging and informative paid advertising campaigns for clients across UK, Ireland and Bermuda. Ciara works to manage and optimise social campaigns for our clients across a range of sectors. Ciara is also responsible for developing email marketing campaigns, social media and website content to enhance brands digital presence through a range of paid advertising mechanisms.
Ciara is a talented Project Manager and has significant experience in managing digital and web projects end to end, managing budgets and achieving financial objectives. She also diligently manages project timelines and communications with multiple clients at once and has vast experience in using virtual communications tools to do so.
When she’s not managing campaigns, Ciara is an adrenaline lover, having skydived over the North coast and is planning her next one in Dubai!
BRAND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Charlotte is Brand Communications Manager for Mitso’s clients, bringing 5 years of experience in strategy, content and asset creation, copywriting and media relations to the role. Her main focus for clients is developing key messaging along with engaging and impactful copy across websites, social media, brand collateral, PR and signage.
Charlotte is responsible for media relations and PR campaigns for clients, developing all written materials and ensuring brand messages resonate with the identified target audiences. She also regularly works in collaboration with high profile stakeholders to align client key messaging, including Tourism NI, Visit Belfast, Belfast City Council and Cuilcagh Lakelands.
Charlotte is a Communications, Advertising and Marketing alumni from Ulster University who loves running and is always on the hunt for a new Spotify playlist!
SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Gemma is the Senior Graphic Designer for Mitso, with 8 years of experience working with all things visual – whether that’s online or offline, from logos to brochures and brand collateral, social media graphics to website design. Gemma is passionate about brand strategy, visual identity and information design, and loves to push the creative boundaries with a new challenge.
A graduate from Cardiff School of Art & Design, Gemma has worked in-house, as a freelancer and within an agency team to help a variety of clients build a consistent visual brand presence and communicate their products and services more effectively.
In her downtime, Gemma loves cooking, hitting the gym and going for walks with her labrador, Ozzy.
